On completion of this course, you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of and insight into the need for change within the context of environment change.
You will be able to analyse an area requiring a change process.
You will be able to select a model for implementing a change management process.
You will be able to formulat recommendations on implementing the change process.
How you will be assessed
This programme has been aligned to registered unit standards. You will be assessed against the outcomes of the unit standards by completing a knowledge assignment that covers the essential embedded knowledge stipulated in the unit standards. When you are assessed as competent against the unit standards, you will receive a certificate of competence and be awarded 6 credits towards a National Qualification.
You will complete assignments as well as a Portfolio of Evidence as part of your formative and summative assessments.
Requirements
The programme methodology includes facilitator presentations, readings, individual activities, classroom discussions, and skill application exercises online. You will need internet connection to access your course lessons from your smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.
